Not sure if this is a bug or support issue. I installed HS beta today on my laptop (win 8 on Dell E6520) and when I try to run the program from the new launcher it crashes and says 'oops!

The problem is repeatable. I dont seem to have the option to start it directly since I have the battle.net launcher installed.

Okay that's a lie. Ran it from the exe directly and it crashes in the same way. So that crosses off the launcher I guess. Couple extra things: - WoW runs fine on this machine - HS beta ran fine from the bnet launcher on my desktop (win 7 Dell XPS) Thanks. I'm running on a windows 8 laptop also, Toshiba Satellite, and the game keeps freezing and then disconnecting me. I've only been running practice modes because I'm playing at work so if I need to step away for a few min no one is waiting on me.

I'm not sure if the issue is related to being timed out, windows 8 issue, battle.net issue or just internet connection. Which ever it is something's not right, I've never had issues staying connected to any other online game with this laptop. I work from home and my internet signal is strong.
